Jeff Smith Date of Birth: 27 March 1966 Lives: Wellingborough, Northants Married Sponsors: I.C.D (Industrial Control Distributors), Pirtek Jeff started club level karting in 1996, racing at Kimbolton, Whilton Mill and Shenington. In 2000 he graduated to the Super One Formula TKM Series and in both 2002 and 2003 he won the Formula TKM Festival Cup. Between 2004 and 2007 he only tackled a few club-level kart races but then switched to cars in 2008 in the Renault Clio Cup. He did two seasons in Clios with a best finish of eighth. In 2010 he made his BTCC debut at Knockhill in a Triple Eight-run Vauxhall Vectra and then joined Pirtek Racing for a full campaign in 2011.
