Eurotech Racing joins Ginetta Junior Championship with reigning Champion Sarah Moore and Brother David for 2010 title assault

Tamworth based team, Eurotech Racing today announces they will field a two car team in the Ginetta Junior championship for the 2010 racing season with promising young racing talents Sarah Moore and Brother David as the team's drivers. Eurotech Racing will run two of the newly launched Ginetta G40's in the series, as reigning champion Sarah sets out to defend her junior title in 2010.

The Eurotech team brings with it over 30 years of racing experience of which Sarah and David will be able to draw upon for the 2010 season. Team Principal Mike Jordan, the oldest ever racer to win in the BTCC will be on hand to give guidance, whilst son and BTCC driver Andrew Jordan, who is the series youngest ever pole sitter, will also bring support to the team. Eurotech Racing also race under the Pirtek Racing banner in the British Touring Car Championship in 2010 with Mike spearheading the team and Andrew as driver.

Eurotech Racing Team Principal, Mike Jordan added, "It's great for us to be working with Sarah and David this season, they are both very promising young talents and the Ginetta Junior Series is a great platform for them to showcase and develop their skills. Eurotech have run Ginetta's in various series before, so we have strong ties with the company and look forward to running two of the new G40's this season."

After clinching the 2009 Ginetta Junior's Championship, 16 year old Sarah will once again return to Britain's highest profile junior series, Sarah commented, "I'm so excited to be joining such a high profile team as Eurotech. Mike and Andrew are amongst the best in the business so it's a real honour to know they are going to run me in the new Ginetta G40. 2009 was a dream year for me but now I have to get out there and defend my title as Champion. There are a lot of new big name additions to the grid that I've got to watch out for – including my own brother!"

Younger brother David, 15, returns for his second year of Ginetta Juniors after a strong showing in his debut season of circuit racing. David added, "It's a dream come true for me to be joining such a big name team and having the Jordan's on hand to advise me and mentor my performance is going to make a huge difference. The Ginetta Junior Winter Series has hopefully showed people what I am capable of and with a brand new G40 to take to the track, I hope that 2010 is going to be a big year in my racing career."

The Ginetta Junior Championship will return to the track for the first round of the Championship at the Thruxton Circuit in Andover on the 3rd/4th of April.
