The BTCC weekend at Snetterton was tough; not one of our better weekends. The key problem was later identified as a gear cut mapping issue, which was leaving the car struggling for power during gear changes. Swindon Engines worked on the problem and we found it a great deal better during a test day at Donington Park.

 At the end of August, I raced at Mallory Park when I shared the Honda Integra of Nigel Ainge to take victory during a Classic Sports Car Club race meeting. I wanted to get into the 50s bracket and I did a 51s dead in qualifying. The car had a lot of oversteer and it was great fun to drive.
